They have made themselves readily available to meet emergency needs. A couple of great examples would be; when an electrical manhole ‘blew up’ on Christmas Eve five years ago - Renaud answered the call and sent two electricians to help; during the Halloween blizzard almost three years ago, the animal hospital generator blew up - Renaud again answered the call with two electricians to disconnect the ‘dead’ generator and connect the transfer switch from the ‘dead ‘generator to the rental generator the minute it arrived on site. Their responses have exceeded our expectations on many other occasions, as well.I would highly recommend Renaud Electric & Communications, Inc. to any organization. They have provided the resources and expertise to successfully meet our request on every occasion. They truly understand what it takes to maintain a successful relationship with their customers. Renaud Electric is currently the primary electrical contractor for BJ’s Wholesale Club’s Uxbridge, MA distribution center. I brought Renaud onto our “preferred vendor” list in 2013. In short order, Renaud climbed our list of electrical contractors to become our primary vendor, due in large part, to the care and commitment to customer service shown by their service manager, Mr. Dave Whamond, and the owner, Mr. Tom Renaud.
BJ’s Distribution Center is a “650+” thousand square foot facility with complex electrical engineering. As a facilities manager, I recognize the ultimate value and need to have a quick responding and quality assured vendor at our disposal to mitigate down time. Renaud Electric exceeds all other previously contracted vendors in every regard. Tom Renaud is personally and intimately involved in the service provided to his clients. He responds promptly to all questions and concerns. His service manager accommodates our always-fluctuating schedule and ensures all of our needs are met on our terms.
Renaud Electric has performed new installations, complex work-around(s) of existing design flaws and full-scale repair work to high voltage equipment at very competitive pricing.
